Summary

- The permit number, permit approval date, date on which use/occupancy permit was issued, parcel tax ID number, site address, housing type authorized under the permit, the permit type, the total number of residential units authorized under the permit, general description of the work authorized, total cost of construction, other info the jurisdiction considers relevant.
- Requires that information in the reports be made public online, and outlines the reporting structure.
- Requires the Department of Planning to submit a report on permit information collected under the section to the Governor and the General Assembly.
