- Requires that if a local agency approves a permit necessary to rebuild/repair a property damaged by a natural disaster, a utility provider must provide written notice of next steps in the approval process for a connection request within 30 days of receiving the connection request (unless connection is not possible due to the disaster).
- Requires city/county to approve or deny a complete application for a development project of a state or federally approved modular home, prefabricated home, or detached ADU intended to be used by someone while repairing property damaged in a natural disaster within 10 business days of receiving the application.
