Grace is the NYU Furman Center’s Economics Fellow. She received her PhD in economics from the University of Notre Dame in 2026. Her research combines quasi-experimental and experimental methods with large, linked data sets to answer questions about how policy design affects outcomes for low-income households. Her current research includes empirical work on the effects of eviction records and rental assistance. Grace is affiliated with Notre Dame’s Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) and the University of Chicago’s Inclusive Economy Lab (IEL). As a graduate student, she was awarded an NBER Fellowship, and her research was supported by the Russell Sage Foundation and Notre Dame’s Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts. Before graduate school, she studied economics and political science at Indiana University and worked for RTI International.
