Maggie Davies

Maggie is the Housing Policy Fellow at the Housing Solutions Lab. Before joining the Furman Center, she served as Project Manager at United Planning Organization, where she developed a report on policy strategies to improve low-income housing affordability and availability in Washington DC’s rental market. Maggie was the John D. Solomon Fellow for climate health with New York City Emergency Management in 2025-26. She is a candidate for a Master in Urban Planning from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics from Reed College.
